Lease Buyout/Title Department - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

There is absolutely ZERO accountability at the at Hyundai Motor Finance (HMF) Lease Buyout and Titling departments. The problem began when I sent in a check to payoff the lease. It took a whole month for HMF to figure out the check was missing one digit of the account number despite my calling them several times to find out why they had not cashed the check. So after solving that problem in January, it is now March 29th, and I have not received the title to my vehicle yet. I have mailed in the Bill of Sale (BoS) several times and kept being told it is not received by the Title department, then on March 2nd, I faxed in the BoS to the fax number provided on the letter sent by HMF. I called today, and guess what I was told? Yep, they have not received the fax, either!!! So I spoke to a customer service representative and a manager today, and each one gave me a different fax number to send the BoS to and I have faxed the BoS to both today. I cannot speak to anyone who directly handles the titles and the people I am speaking to does not handle the title. How messed up is that? Also, it is apparent, customers' conversations/concerns are not documented well enough because each representative seem to have no idea what I am calling about and everything has to be explained over and over again. I am so pissed at HMF and will not do business with them again and would recommend other to not do business with them, either. Such a SHAME that such a large company would have TERRIBLE customer service and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! If I could have given 1/2 star, I would!
