The most incompetent crew especially in customer service
|
I have had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences with Hyundai Motor Finance department. This department is struggling to send me a refund check over the last 4 months. The check has been issued twice, and was sent both times to wrong addresses! I wonder how difficult is it to mail a check to the correct address I have on file? This company needs to hire competent people who are capable of putting the right address on the envelope when sending out mails!!!
