when sending in your monthly payments, please make sure you use a credit or debit card. if you send it by way of mail, you can look for your service to be turned off.i had several experiences where as i sent in payments that were reported as never being received only to make another payment over the phone. then by way of miracle, the original payment was received? couldn't get my money back, only credit towards your next bill.i dont want credit nor do i want to be paying additional money for a bill that was already paid. i think helio can and should do a much better job in processing customer payments in a timely manner to avoid any unnecessary headaches to the consumers as well as themselves.
