I ordered an item, and my credit card was charged immediately. I never received the item. After 3 weeks, I emailed several times, and called the only available number. My calls and email were never returned. I finally I called my CC company, and they retracted the funds. After I did that was when I finally heard from the company apologizing for the "delay". A week later I finally received my item. HORRID customer service and response.
