We engaged this company to help modify our mortgage. They claim to work with
the mysterious underwriters regular customers can never talk to. Shortly after
contacting them they claimed to have struck a deal with my mortgage company for a better
fixed rate and a principal reduction. After falling for their delay excuses we checked with the mortgage
company. They had never even heard of this company its employee let alone done any sort of modification.
All I can do now is try to clean up the mess. Stay away from these people.
