We are happily leaving a review for Group ISO. Our company has been with group ISO for 3+ years now. We have absolutely no complaints.
Just a few benefits that pop into my head.
*rates are competitive
*staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly
*they accepted us early in our company's history even though our company had no existing credit history (still with good rates by the way)
* as we have proven to be a solid merchant we got a better rate
*they have helped us with the odd 1-2 charge backs that were posted against our account.By the way: We have gotten both instances resolved in our favor
*the online gateway works great for us!
*we have an online shop through their online gateway ( I was setting it up myself with minimal programming skills)--> this is really driving our business
*if we have an issue they respond fast
*when we changed our company's legal structure it was super easy to change over the merchant account
*five stars for Deea, Samantha (both!),Terry and everybody else on the team
5 stars from us!
