Deea Smith and Group ISO were there for me when I needed credit card services quickly. After the merchant services group I had used for 10 years, they were a breath of fresh air. Deea actually meant what she said. Things got done quickly and questions were not a problem. Everyone was easy to talk to and willing to explain as much as necessary. They want your business and are willing to work hard for it. Along with exceptional customer service, you get more than reasonable rates which are spelled out clearly. All that said, they still require information for the account, but even those demands were clear and understandable. Two other companies I searched had endless, almost laughable requirements for information and then wanted to pin on services I just didn't want or need. ISO stayed focused on my needs.
