Completely fraudulent. I ordered $33.00 worth of memory from them through pricewatch.com on 1/20/08. On 1/21/08 my American Express was charged $33.00, then again on 2/04/08, $33.00 a second time. The memory shipped 2/05/08. I emailed and was replied to by "C Young" @ info@greatbuytechnology.com, saying they would remove the extra charge. That didn't happen. I emailed them numerous times, but they won't reply and they won't answer phone calls. They charged me $299.00 on 2/21/08. I reported it to American Express and they're investigating. I've also submitted a review with pricewatch.com. I've used pricewatch for a number of years, successfully.
The memory I ordered was 1 GB DDR 400. It turned out to be 256 MB.
They're criminal.
