I did not have a complicated case. The relief of my charges has been granted within about 5-6 weeks. Scott Dicus has been helpful answering to all my questions via email. I visited the office once, and had chance to meet Scott. He was pleasant to talk to.
After all, I would recommend to get as much info as possible about expungement and get know your charges before you request the service.
