We had this contractor do some roofing work for us last May/June time frame, and we were given a five (5) year warranty.
However we have had several issues with the roof work done and the contractor fails to come and do the follow-up/warranty work he has set appointments for.
We have sent several letters and made several phone calls but the contractor has as of yet failed to resolve the issues...
