Goddess Fitness has the worst customer service I have ever experienced when it comes to any membership issues. They change their "cancellation policies" whenever they want to make you stay. When I signed up, I was told that it's very "easy" to cancel. They change their rules as they go, make up excuses and accusations to tell you that you can't cancel.
When I tried to find a definite answer in regards to my membership, I got the worst run around. During a couple of the phone conversations with a particular staff in regards to my membership questions, I had to tell her to stop yelling at me.
They closed out their facility very frequently.
I would never sign up with them again. What a nightmare I had with them.
