Bad business practices. Different employees tell you different information about your contract and you get a lot of "I didn't receive" your phone call, letter, email. When one of their employees gives you wrong information, their attitude is "Oh well!" rather than giving you the benefit of the doubt. VERY unorganized. Membership is expensive and they are frequently closed for the entire weekend plus the Friday & Monday before. Membership rates sky rocket up and then they offer way less classes. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
