Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I talked to "Doug" - who is supposedly the Director of Business Development, and asked why I'm receiving multiple spam emails a day about "referring a friend" - when all I should be receiving are updates regarding the traffic school course I signed up for, and he was as rude as the person who answers their 800 #. Apparently when you sign up for their course, you sign up for spam emails about referring a friend and teenage driving!
