I feel like we are in a much better position now than when we first started

On the financial side, they were able to help us implement weekly reporting. This will allow us to have a better idea to where we are standing on the numbers and know which jobs are and are not profitable. This is a big deal because of the way we bid out projects. Being able to have concrete numbers on which prior and current jobs are losing or making us money allows us to be smarter with how we bid new jobs. It will allow us to implement tighter guidelines when looking for new work and hopefully totally eliminate us from taking on money losing projects in the future. I'll be able to better cost and track jobs and profitability in real time. I feel like we are in a much better position now than when we first started with Global Resources.
