Great Company to deal with for your Computer Repairs

I took my laptop computer into their location because it was shutting down on me in the middle of me using it. Dereck was my contact person. His customer service was excellent. When I picked up the computer he asked if I put it on the bed or on my lap while I was using it because that would make it over heat and shut down. That is how I used it. He couldn't find anything wrong with it but went ahead and cleaned it inside and out for me and suggested that I buy a cooling station for it. I know he had to spent time on my computer trying to diagnose it but he didn't charge me. I highly recommend this company for your computer repair and virus protection needs.
