"This place not only has terrible service, but the furniture they sold me is contaminated with what I now know is, BED BUGS."
When I first contacted the store there was nobody willing address my situation, I was told to call back and ask for a manager named, "Richard." When I called back, Richard was too busy to take my call, but that he would call back within an hour or so. After waiting nearly three hours, I called again and was told he would not take my call. Further, I was informed that the Bed Bugs were now my problem. The man stated that their furniture only comes with a three day return policy and I had exceeded it by a few days. WOW!
All I was asking for was a non-contaminated bed, not my money back. I have since called the Health Department. I was told that this is a, "Public Health issue and they will investigate. $2200.00 worth of furniture is now completely useless wrapped in plastic awaiting small claims court.
