I live in Northern Ca., and each time that I have needed Mr.Fransen he has been here. There have been 3 trips to Yuba City and so far one to Sac. He is very ethical and explains things down to earth so I understand. It is not the firm with any problems its the mortgage companies stealing our homes. I would not have believed it had I not been now living it. They did not take any money from me until they had all the facts of the case and that I understood all of the different possible outcomes. I more then highly recommend this firm and have the utmost faith and trust in them.
