Please see the comments below. Our company owed East Crane Services. In turn, they hired Rumson Bolling & Associates to collect on this debt. Rumson Bolling & Associates proceeded to collect in an unlawful and harassing manner. The debt was settled over a month ago between East Crane Services and ourselves. Yet, Rumson Bolling & Associates continues to send collection notices.
On November 16, 2009, Tank Specialists of California received 6 phone calls from Rumson Bolling & Associates. They called to collect money on behalf of East Crane. In these 6 calls, they threatened the owner's wife, used expletives on every phone call, hung up on every one that answered the phone, yelled into the phone at everyone that answered the phone, told an employee they were, "so close they could touch (him)", they spoke belittling to each employee that spoke to them, called employees belittling names; and threatened to call a million times if the employees did not put the chump (their name for the owner) on the telephone. In regard to the expletives used by Rumson Bolling & Associates, the most foul words were yelled at the Tank Specialists of California's employees. The only reason the telephone calls stopped was because TSOC informed Rumson Bolling & Associates that they were reporting them the the Better Business Bureau.
