I took my 2 small dogs here a few times ... maybe a total of 4 times. They never have the same groomer so the hair cuts are inconsistent. The very last hair cut was just horrible and is the main reason I will never take them back ... its as if the groomers used really dull scissors. Really bad haircut. Their prices are not cheap so whats worse is that I'm paying $45 each dog (10lb dogs) for a cut that is mediocre at best.
The front staff - a gentlman - is not very polite or helpful. And they do not take credit or debit cards - so cash or check only ... which is a pain. I simply would not recommend.
