Horrible customer service. Their billing is incorrect. Accounts Receivable said only property manager can fix any billing errors; accounts receivable cannot explain or make any corrections, even though their documents say to contact Accounts Receivable with any billing questions. Property Manager seldom returns calls or emails; same with the assistant. Calling company gets you a general number, regardless of which extension you try - all lead to the same general information people. Takes at least 10 minutes on hold for anyone to answer.
