Loan Modification

Hired Jim to help me with a loan modification on my house with Bank Of America. He did the initial work and told me I was approved to get a loan modification done, "I quote, I guarantee it or you will get your money back". It is now months later and I have not received any loan modification and at the end of the day I was turned down from Bank Of America. Jim knows that he failed but will not respond to my email. I am pretty sure that I lost my $2400.
Don't do what I did, he can't help you
