Review 11/27/2009

I have a small vending business and hired Kevin to place several machines for me. The initial contact was good, than I had questions about the so called Work Order. I sent an email reply to Kevin with these questions. I received a scathing phone message in response. I spoke with Kevin and we continued work. The relationship was poor at best and never was there much consideration from Kevin. He placed in the areas that I had requested, also did not confirm locations, only a foot in the door was acquired in most cases. We went back and forth, got locations lost them, got more and so on. After reading the 1st review I had a more extensive relationship but all the complaints fit with my experience also. This is an individual that I believe was in this to make more for himself, mislead clients and take advantage where ever he could. I did not receive any email contact for the last 2 months or better and I called the number listed, which used to go to the answering machine and Kevin would call back. The number now is to a Travel Agency and Kevin and his cut-throat operation appears to have vanished. This is actually good as he did not abide by his contract agreement, did not provide quality placements, the list goes on. I am relieved to be able to deal with a more reputable company for the remainder of my placement needs. In closing I have to say, be very cautious and do your homework before paying for any placement services. There are companies that will come to your area, place the machines, collect their money and leave. Than when you go to the locations you find your machine GONE, broke, in the dumpster or are asked to remove it as it was not authorized. You can not recoup your money and you are stuck paying out of pocket for more placements. Had I checked with the BBB prior to I would have not had any info on Kevin as he was just starting his money making scheme. Beware and remember, you get what you pay for, or less with most individuals like Kevin.
