Blower has been out for 30 days now which means no Air Conditioner. 105 today. Three repair companies and First American Home Buyers Protection just ordered parts which will take 7 to 10 working days to get here. Talking to them is like talking to a wall. The only thing they are concerned with is their profit margin. No legal recourse and no help from available to get any action. The first repair company had the parts available and could have had it repaired within a day or two, but First American Home Buyers wanted a second opinion and then a third because of the cost. How much longer will we have to put up with this kind of service before someone allows a class action suit? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
