Review 2/20/2008

Below is the final correspondence I sent to FDRS:
February 20, 2008 Federal Debt Relief Program ATTN: Andre Spencer To Whom it may Concern: I am sending this letter to inform you that I am withdrawing from your program. I have checked with my creditors and it seems they have received no legal documentation from anyone regarding my accounts. Further I am currently being sued by one of my creditors. I attempted to put a stop payment on February’s auto-withdrawal without success since resubmitted the payment without my approval. I am therefore closing that account and the funds will no longer be available to you. As I investigated your firm further at the Better Business Bureau I was surprised to find a rating of “F” and numerous complaints citing the same issues that I have come to notice about your company: 1. Your customer service is lacking and unresponsive until someone threatens to leave the program. 2. FDRS fails to file any paperwork with the creditors as reported by others on the BBB site. 3. FDRS promise of stopping the collection calls through legal means is untrue. Unfortunately you already have over $4,000.00 of my money which I would like you to refund, but I am sure that you will not. Please do not contact me in the future as I have nothing to discuss and any such calls will be recorded and considered to be harassment. Suspend any activities that are currently underway with my creditors as I have already made arrangements with each of them except the creditor that has filed the suit. I could not allow myself and my family to suffer through the consequences of a lawsuit. Sincerely, Matt & Carrie Brown
I believe this pretty much says it all...take your chances if you want.
