This is the worst experience I have had with Internet companies. I placed my order on 8/15/10. According to their website, it shipped on 8/17/10 with a 10-12 day shipping. My expected arrival date was to be 8/29/10, giving them the benefit of 12 days of shipping. Rare, but OK. August 29 rolls around, nothing has been received. I e-mail customer service, no response, I e-mail them again, no response, I again e-mailed them and finally they e-mail me and say that I should expect my package 6 to 8 days from 8/30/10. I'm wondering why is it taking them so long to process my order. Finally I receive my package on 9/17. When I open my package, I don't have all of the products that I order. No packing slip, nothing, not even a simple phone call or e-mail to let me know that some of my goods are on back order. My wedding date is October 9, we are leaving October 6 to go out of town. They finally let me know that some of my products have been placed on back order, but they are expected to be in the middle of the week of 9/27. If my calculations are correct, even if they expedite my order unless it is shipped Federal Express at their costs, I will not receive my products until weeks after my wedding. I would not recommend this company for anyone that needs products for their wedding. Of all the planning and things that I have ordered from internet companies, this is the only company that couldn't get it right. My dress was even special ordered and was here in plenty of time. And through all of the planning for my wedding, this company is the only one that has stressed me out. PLEASE IF YOU ARE PLANNING YOUR WEDDING,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
