I placed an order on 5/3/08. I selected ground shipping and it was supposed to be here in 3-6days. The site said it should be here by the 11th. It is now 5/13/08 and no package. I sent them an email this morning after checking the mail. They did respond back quickly. However they responded with a link to track the package... it says they JUST TODAY sent the information to the shipping company. I am not in a huge hurry as I do not need my product until mid July. However when you are asked to select a certain shipping you would expect to get that shipping. I usually review companies before placing orders, however a friend recommended them to me. Obviously they do do well SOMETIMES, but according to reviews... they usually don't.
DO NOT buy from this company, it is awful. They do not even have a number listed on the website to call. And if you call the number listed on the company information from this site, no one will answer or call you back. If you are up for not getting your packages when expected go for it and order. But read the reviews first!
