What can I say other than WOW! I had ordered a bunch of knives from factory direct and there was one that was shipped wrong. After I called them and told them they offered to correct the problem and told me to keep the wrong knife for my trouble. The customer service rep was really friendly and she really surprised me by making it so easy. Great service folks...thanks!
