do not deal with this company if you don't live in US
i BOOKED TICKETS AND MY aMEX CARD WAS DEBITED THE AMOUNT, THEN THEY ASKED TO VERIFY MY CARD WHICH I DID AND THEY ACCEPTED IN A REPLY TO ME, I THEN RECEIVED A NUMBER OF CONFLICTING MAILS TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO NOW SEND COPIES OF MY PASSPORT, FRONT AND BACK OF MY CREDIT CARD WHICH I DID AND IT WAS CONFIRMED. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT MY E TICKET WAS BEING PROCESSED BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED, I MANAGED TO GET HOLD OF AN AGENT ON CHATLINE BUT WAS TOLD THAT I HAD NOT IDENTIFIED MYSELF AND THEY COULD NOT ISSUE THE TICKET I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD MAILS TELLING ME THAT ALL HAD BEEN CONFIRMED AND TICKETS WOULD BE ISSUED IT FELL ON DEAF EARS AGENT WAS SIMPLY NOT INTERESTED AND JUST REFUSED TO TELL ME WHY MY CREDIT CARD HAD BEEN DEBITED SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME, YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT WORK UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF EROS TOURS, THE FUNDS WERE NOT USED BY EROS BUT LEFT IN LIMBO FOR OVER ONE WEEK I HAD TO REPORT A FRAUD TO AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS AND THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE HAD MANY SUCH REPORTS ON THIS COMPANY SO PLEASE BEWARE

Kind Attn: Mr. Rodney Solomon, We regret the inconvenience you faced during your booking process for Booking Id 1711071478. We would like to bring forth the fact that in order to eliminate the possibility of online fraud and to protect the card holder from any unauthorized purchase, all credit card company/bank in USA allow merchant like us to call them and verify and validate the card information entered by the user at the time of purchase. Unfortunately most Non-US foreign card company do not support this verification process therefore we have to ask for additional information like scan copy & Test Charge (as done in your case) to make sure that the purchase is not unauthorized and fraudulent. These security steps are pre- disclosed and are designed to protect our customer from potential fraud and unauthorized charges. Unfortunately our system was unable to process your ticket because the system could not verify and authenticate as per the security norms which are designed to protect our customer from any potential online fraud and unauthorized activity on their card. We do advise our customers if they are not comfortable with this step of verification, they can always us a friend or family member’s card issued in the United States. As in regards to the charge on your card, normally this is soft hold and is released by the card company within 48 hrs if the card is issued in USA, though this process may face a delay in case of a non US International issued card. All such non US international bank/card company follow their applicable foreign exchange regulation approved by their local government in which we can not intervene. Losing a customer hits a business very hard, but cardholder’s security holds more value . We again regret the inconvenience you faced during your booking process and sincerely hope for a better experience next time.
