STAY AWAY from Airtkt aka Eros Travel, they don't deserve your $$$ - BAD,BAD,BAD

They are CRUEL. Due to my mother in laws health decline we had to bring the travel date to go 3 days earlier than book only ONE HOUR earlier.. They still charged us $425 excessive cancellation fee! I only wanted to change the flight date! The airline did not even have the booking on their computer at that time! They do not listen to the customer. They ring LATE at night, got a call at 10.30PM so they could get the money out of my Credit card! Left me with a suspicous feeling about booking online.. bad,bad,bad..
