This company is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I purchased some equipment from them and had to get some service and they told me if they fixed anything, I would not get charged the bench fee of $49.95. They fixed the printer mechanism but still charged me and I was told I would not get charged. Beware of buying from a company that claims they have a 7 YEAR WARRANTY. It's better to pay a little more from someone that sticks to their word. They claim on their site "No Games or Gimmics" This is obviously untrue. Their motto should be, We like playing games and we love to sell you a gimick. Do not purchase from them.
