I called and Monika personally answered the phone and arranged my cleaning for late in the day. She had a cancellation and was able to come earlier.
She came out personally and met with me to discuss my expectations when the ladies arrived to clean.
I was very impressed by the service I received from this company. The ladies did a great job, they cleaned the blinds, and even dusted the ceiling fans, cleaned the based boards, vacuumed around the ceilings just in case there were cobwebs! I was impressed by their attention to detail.
I have already, and will continue to recommend Monika's to my friends. I will definitely use this service again.
By the way, she is changing the name to Eco Cleaning - they use all green products XD
