I bought a living social deal for 3 hours of cleaning. I called to schedule knowing that they would probably be swamped with new customers from the deal. The person who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. I called on Monday hoping to schedule an appointment for either Friday or Saturday as we were getting ready fro my daughter's birthday party Saturday night. She was able to schedule a two person crew for 1 1/2 hrs for Friday at 8:30am. This was perfect! The two women showed up at 8:28am today and were very friendly. They brought all their own supplies, including vacuum (it seems like many places do not). They asked me what I wanted them to focus on and set out making my house sparkle! I was very impressed with the professionalism of every employee I dealt with, the ease of scheduling and the timelessness of the cleaning crew. Not to mention the great job they did actually cleaning the house.
I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to my friends! Thank you EcoCleaning Solutions for making my house perfect for the party tomorrow,
