They call it "East West Audio/Video Inc", but it sells other Indian items as well. BEWARE of their bargaining (prices are not fixed, so BARGAIN, BARGAIN HARDER). You can easily get something at 40% - 50% discount on the quoted price if you bargain. Also, BEWARE of their NO RETURNS policy. You will have to prove hard way even to get a store credit. Also, once you have their store credit, you lose all the bargaining power...so be prepared to buy things on the rates they say (Which means that you will be paying 1.5 - 2 times of the market price).
My experience was not good with them. I bought one accessory for my blender and it did not fit in my blender. I went back to replace it with the one which fits, and they quoted much higher price for the almost same item...suggesting that this is of better quality. I had no other choice but to buy this item at higher price...
Worst thing was that during my first visit, they quoted me $30 for another processing unit, but this time when I had their store credit from the return of a faulty item, they quoted the same thing for $40, what a rip-off...
Honestly, these guys follow foul pricing practices and have no idea how to respect and retain customers. I am never going there again (why to bother if you can get same things at other places on the Pioneer street).
