Well, I wish that I had the foresight of checking with BBB before letting these guys into my home, let alone give them money. I was told that I had a 2-year guarantee. Termites came back within one year. Called the company - a "technician" came in the squirted some stuff into a few cracks. A week later, swarming termites all over my kitchen. I called the company again. Was given an appointment five days later. They didn't show! I called them. I was then told that 1) they were not going to come out again and 2) they decided that I shouldn't have been given a 2-year guarantee.
Don't touch this company -- unless you want to throw good money after bad! Incidentally, I am a senior citizen, living on $1050 a month!
