Disappointed........

I am very disappointed with Dukes catering dept. Their communication and follow through is extremely disappointing. We have been trying to deal with them to see if we could have them cater a beach party for us and I can't even get them to answer me. Living out of the area I have contacted them, and received a reply after a week or more, that made me think they may not have understood me. I emailed again to the Banguet manager (since I had her email) and still haven't heard back from her or anyone at Dukes. It has been at least a month. I wrote again to their catering dept and after not hearing from them for a week, decided to try calling. Spoke with Beyonce who was very nice and apologized that no one had answered my email. She must have found it while talking to me because she asked if I was at this email address, and if I would give her 15 minutes or so to get back to me with some answers to my questions. Told her sure, no problem and thanked her. Two days later and I still haven't heard a word from anyone at Dukes......so very disappointed in them. Thinking of contacting their corporate office to let them know how we are being treated. I will give them one star because I like the place, unfortunately we won't be using them.
