I didn’t experience any problems regarding test-taking, obtaining certificate, or customer service as several others have mentioned here, so I didn’t even need to talk to the supervisor or customer service. And I just want to say this because I see claims saying some reviews are written by the company (though I don't know how they would know that unless they're just raging, unhappy customers who are making false claims), I’m a real customer, and I just finished the course. No company would have a personal email that can give personal replies. That would require them to have a lot of workforce, which would cost too much. To be honest, the final exam was quick for me, even though it had one hundred questions because they’re all multiple choice questions. So you take this final exam after completing all the readings and quizzes. Each reading and a quiz I’d say would take around 20-40 minutes depending on how fast you read and do the quizzes. I finished over a few days, but I feel that I could’ve done it in one sitting and powered through it if I wanted to. I chose regular mailing option for the certificate, and I received it within a week or so. So again, if you decide to take this course, use this code X37-46C-ME7 for a discount.
