My son has been working on his Joshua's Law. 95% of the time the progress would not show up without him logging out and then logging back in.
Now he is trying to complete his final exam and he gets kicked out of the exam for taking too long on the exam....there is no time limit and he is taking about an hour to answer 100 questions! Then when he rushes through and submits the exam, he is logged out!! So he has now answered the 100 questions 6-7 times!!
Live chats with customer service suggested he use another browser and that did not work. Then they said my browsers weren't updated so that is why he was getting kicked off. So we had to go through the exam, screen shot his answers and email them in so they could manually grade the test!
I suspect if we had purchased the extra study guide, this would not be happening because it pops up at the end of every incomplete exam (again because he runs out of time on a non-timed exam!!)
Can't wait to see how long it takes to get the certificate.
