Although their products seem good ,their customer service is terrible.I called their center after hours of trying to set up my internet monitoring for their products and was on the line for over an hour waiting for the tech.I finally got a tech that said that to hold on and they left me on hold long enough to be put back in the back of the line. When I called I had four people in front of me and then there were no one in front of me,then waited another 15 minutes. The tech answered and then put me on hold and threw me back waiting to be answered again. If you are considering buying there equipment,be sure to be a professional installer . There instructions are good but sometimes you need a helping hand or just moral support..they were not there for me so my money on the next 21 video surveillance systems im buying for our company is going to another company.. although some others have lower grade equipment
they have number one support.I now know why overseas got our technical companies call centers. The people here in the U.S is lazy and they will not even answer the phone and if they do they are stupid.Im sorry... My vote for tech support goes to India, the Philippines and others that are top notch in what they do.. No wonder the U S is in trouble and in debt. I will never buy these people's equipment again even if they gave it to me .. just because of what happened today.. Thumbs down .. DON"T BUY FROM THEM.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would give a lower rating if I could but one star is the lowest..
