I have been a member for 7 years now. I love this website alot but it has QUITE a few problems though.
My most recent problem was my "shop" account has been banned. I currently had $110 worth of clothing I had purchased with my credit card on the site that was still "pending" for shipment. After my "shop" account had been banned they did not refund my credit card, but they refunded me on their site with their "points" currency. Now mind you my "shop" account is banned... I then tried to purchase other items with the points, transfer points to another user, or even donate points to another user, all of which I could not do. dA basically refunded my $110 in their virtual currency which they made me completely unable to spend.
..To top that all off, I dont even know why my "shop" was banned in the first place. I had sent multiple emails and supports, which are /usually/ answered within a few hours, all of which went with no response.
I really do love this site but their customer communication is very poor, and their admin $chix0r is willing to ban users without giving any reason.
One other problem is the deviantWear stock portion of the website. If they are out of clothing in a certain size they will not remove that size from the store, instead they will let you purchase it along with other items (that defiantly are in stock) and then cause you the troubles of refunding your entire transaction and not just a refund for the out of stock item.
Being a member of this site for 7 years I love the site to death. Their store however is VERY poorly managed.
