This company's customer service tactics leave MUCH to be desired. When I returned this company's phone call I was transferred from one individual to another in the middle of a conversation three times. Then I was treated rudely by the individual who calls himself "the owner" of the company. He made FALSE ACQUSATIONS regarding my credit situation, threatened me with various forms of retaliation, made rude remarks and kept trying to make me provide information that I did not readily have available. When I stated I could not provide the information he was asking for he became belligerent on the phone. I know that bill collectors are not known for being the nicest individuals but this individual WHO DOES NOT KNOW ME OR MY FINANCIAL SITUATION has no right to treat me or anyone as a deadbeat no good for nothing person. His remark about him being a better individual (yeah right)because he pays his bills on time has no bearing on what my situation is. Let him walk a day in my shoes and experience what I go through on a daily basis and then see what he has to say. No one that is behind on their payments due to the state of our economy should be subjected to this form of harassment! Just because one has a job and can pay their bills on time doesn’t give them the right to ridicule or harass those of us that are on the verge of losing our homes. Whatever monies I have goes to the priority of KEEPING A ROOF OVER MY HEAD and everything else gets paid as can be afforded. If "Mr. Owner" is such a good person, he can pay my debt! Else he can become part of the "human race" and assist amicably with the process to help resolve the matter! INTIMIDATION is a poor tactic and you get more with sugar than vinegar!!! Try it "Mr. Owner" some time, you just might be surprised.
