Beware of CPS I called to pay off my car they processed a payment and never asked me how much so I went to my bank got a bank check and mailed it certified mail 15 days after my payoff they still took the payment out of my account after telling me on the phone they wouldnt ** the worst part not only did they over draw my account I spent 4 hours being transfered and hung up on they only have 1 song that plays over and over and over on hold rep after rep answer the phone and said hold and kicked me back into the automated system FINALLY someone gave me the corperate manager Andre who insisted they did not take the large payment out of my account after giving him the po# he said call me back at 1pm I called and called and he never bothered to return my calls or call me back I called corperate back to find out who his manager is a rude woman said no one is his manager you need to be patient and hung up on me who are these people and who gave them the right by the way never 1 time was my payment even a day late I still cannot get them to mail me a payoff reciept thats what I get for mailing 6,000 to a po box certified or not!
