I am SO very pleased with the service I received today from Computer Guys of OC! I developed what I feared was a virus problem with my work desktop on Tuesday; called two other companies and received not even the courtesy of a call back from either one. Thursday I happened upon Computer Guy's ad in my local Penny Saver mag; called and spoke to Pat who was currently helping another client. He asked if he could call me back when he was done. Amazingly, he returned my call within 30 minutes. He arrived at my location at the agreed upon time; resolved my problem (which turned out to be a corrupt Windows file) and gave me some pointers to help speed up my system. Pat was not only prompt, courteous, and professional, but he also demonstrated a profound ability to quickly resolve odd OS issue that I had spent considerable time researching to no avail.
