We were contacted by CII about 2 weeks ago to sign up with them as a client. They faxed us an agreement and the rep continued to call every day to speak to the owner. The owner had been out of town and not available. This made the rep mad and he would immediately hang up on who ever answered the phone if they said the owner was not available or if asked to take a message. After two weeks of this, the rep called again and when asked if I could take a message, the rep said no, that he did not want a call back and that he did not want to do bussiness with us anymore and hung up. The rep was very rude everytime he called, to all members of our staff and WE are supposed to be his client. He did not talk or treat us, a prospective new client, very nice and with absolutely no respect, who knows how he would treat OUR customers. When we contacted the home office to complain about their sales rep, they hung up on me. This goes to show you that it is not just one rep, it is the whole company. We want to receive our money for services rendered from our customers but this company has no conscience or respect for their own clients or yours. User Beware.
