Shoddy Product, Bad Customer Service

I did not have a great experience with ComF5. The service itself is clunky at best, and shoddy at worst. In my experience, it is not user friendly and errors often. The new office pro is no exception. Emails stay open, with no way to close them. And many functions do not work properly. Their support department is merely a set of videos that do not cover everything you need. And good luck trying to get someone to answer your questions.
Their customer service is extremely poor in my experience. They updated their system, deleting 2 key functions, which deleted contacts and previously stored information. And they notified customers of their intent to delete data by sending out a marketing email, with information buried at the bottom, over the Christmas holiday, giving us 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years to back up data. As many people were out of town and don’t read Comf5 marketing emails, I’m sure many people ended up in my boat, losing contacts and data they’d worked hours to prepare. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars in click through ads that did not work because of a now malfunctioning capture form.
Bottom line – if you use this service, do not trust them. Back up your data, as the service malfunctions regularly, and the support department does not put much stock in customer satisfaction.
