Rude/incompetent, esp so-called co-owner Eli who hung up on me and wouldn't replace. NEVER answer phone & ignore vmails, emails. Received defect prod & had convo re. replacing. Sent back. Tried to get status. No response. Their web promises are lies. Avoid!!!
