I have a cancellation form at the desk and they have still charged me for 4 months after i moved to LA. I have called 5 times trying to get to a manager where by i was told they where out of the office and to call back in a week.
I have left many messages for the manager to call me to fix this issue but they just have their creditors call me to collect money despite the fact that they have a cancellation form.
