In rebuttal to Jazmyne G. On 10/28/11 Jazmyne G. signed the agreements with Class Ace Tutoring LLC to search for a contract tutor for her child. Additionally, the "Billing Procedures" form was signed by Jazmyne G. which authorizes Class Ace Tutoring LLC to charge her credit cards for invoice payments. On 1/5/12, her payment for the tutoring sessions in December was due and her card was processed according to the signed agreement. Per our verified telephone records, she contacted Class Ace Tutoring on 1/5/12 , the day we processed her card and was arguing for a refund for 5 sessions. Furthermore, the signed agreement states that her invoices were to be emailed. Per our records, the email of her December invoices were issued on 12/14/11, the week of 12/19 - 12/23, and a copy on 1/7/12. There were no system errors that showed the email was not received. The billing software company was contacted 1/5/12 and again 1/6/12. In summary, her card was charged for her December invoice in accordance to the signed agreement. For the 13 sessions that her child received tutoring service, there were two contracted tutors that accepted working with Jazmyne G. and not a tutor every week as she stated. Per the signed agreement, Jazmyne G.
and the contracted tutors will work together to schedule and determine educational material for her child. On 12/3/11, the first tutor notified Jazmyne G. and Class Ace Tutoring LLC that they would not be able to continue due to school schedule. As a viable option, we provided Jazmyne G.
with another contract tutor. This option is part of the signed agreement until services stop. On 12/4/11, Jazmyne G. contacted and accepted working with the replacement contract tutor. Per her email "Hello Stacie we have decided to continue with your company and I have spoken with Emily today. I look forward to working with her and meeting her tomorrow."
