Bait and Switch

As a small business owner, we wanted to get regular service deliveries for our towels, cleaning supplies, disposables. We were given a quote for monthly service in which we were happy about. We were told there's a no risk trial. Turns out the figure we attained was for weekly service not monthly. When we tried to cancel service, they informed us there's no such thing as a no risk trial and that we were on a 38 month contract. Moreover, everyone who works there seems to differ to the next person so you're left running around an endless loop of phone transfers and deferrals. Basically a bait and switch which is deceiving and predatory. Spoke all the way up the ladder to the general manager who was only interested in protecting his own interests.
