I have been trying to work some payment arrangement with Juan and Daisy at challenge Financial Services Inc, # 13065749, but they are unwilling to make some type of payment arrangement or to reduce my payment. However, I have been making my payment the best Can. Juan calls my wife every week harassing her and I talk to him every week let him know that he needs to talk to me regarding my car payment. He continues to call her all the time...When I first got the truck I owed $14.000 on it, Now I only have $575.00 left but they do not want to make a payment arrangement since I am unemployed and experiencing some hardship right now.

Damage Resulting = They are stressing my wife and I everyday, stating that they will repossess the truck for the remaining $575.00. I told them that I will be able to make a payment on the 1st of November but they are unwilling to wait. Juan called me names all the time, he stated that I was lazy that I need get off my butt and try to get a job instead of staying in the house. He has no ideas what I am doing to get a job. Juan called me a liar and showed no type of professionalism whatsoever. Juan and Daisy possess no customer service and personal communications skills and they do not show any respect for their customers.

They have defamed and degraded my character by calling me lazy and liar. Daisy stated that if I made $200.00 payment then she would work with me. I have made over $600.00 dollar payment since she made that promise, but she refused to work with me. She stated that I have not made a payment in two months and Juan stated that I have not made a payment since July, when in fact they have received a payment in September 27th 2010.

They lie to customers to get they way and show no kind of respect customers. I hope that the president and the vice president of the company send them to school to inquire some customers' service and interpersonal communications skills. I have told my Friend Marcia, my wife about them. And I just called the vice president Monte Cinnamon to report the abuse and requested that she should call me to discuss the possible solution concerning this matter.
