I called and talked with their customer service department - and was immediately confident that I'd made the right choice. At each step along the way, everyone at from their sales rep to the estimator was so professional, thorough, totally engaged, and reassuring. I felt prepared and confident before the moving crew arrived. The guys were GREAT - not just good, not just competent, not just nice - but GREAT in every regard. This was the most professional and seamless move I've ever done. Everything was handled happily without any concern neither for them nor from us.
